Your reviews are great. Your website is missing.
People check you out on their phone before they ring. I build the website that backs up your reviews, and you see it before you pay a penny.
I’ll build a sample from your Google listing. If it’s not for you, I delete it.
Pick a trade and watch a Google listing become a website
Example businesses, not real ones. Yours would use your own name, reviews, photos and details.
Two roofers. One you can check out.
Someone searches “roofer Mansfield”. One result has 21 reviews and a website. The other has 86 reviews and nothing to tap. Plenty of people ring the one they can look at first.
86 five-star reviews, and nothing for a new customer to click.
Every customer asks three questions before they ring.
Are you any good?
Your Google rating and best reviews go first, with your real work and a line about who you are.
Are you open, and near me?
Hours, your area, a map and directions. No hunting for the answer.
How do I reach you right now?
Big call and WhatsApp buttons that work with one tap on a phone.
Built for roofers in Mansfield, barbers in Arnold, cafés in Ilkeston, electricians in Derby, and everyone in between. Different trade? Same idea. If your customers find you on Google, I can build it.
Three steps. The first one is mine.
I build it
I use what’s already public about you: your Google listing, reviews and photos. You don’t send me a thing.
We go through it
A 20-minute call, at a time that suits you. Tell me what to change and I’ll change it.
You decide
Love it? I put it live and look after it. Not for you? You’ve lost 20 minutes, and I delete it.
One person to ring, and a price you know up front.
I’m Dave, born in Nottingham and still here. I kept seeing brilliant local businesses with hundreds of five-star reviews and nothing online to back them up. People searched, found nothing to look at, and rang the next name on the list.
So I build the website first. You see it before you pay anything, and you only go ahead if you love it. One price, agreed before you commit, and no surprises later.
You deal with me, not a team or a ticket system. If something needs changing, you ring me and it gets done.
Plain terms
Prices are what you pay, with nothing added on top.
- You pay nothing until you’ve seen it live
- I build it, you look at it on a real web address, and you only pay the £495 when you’re happy for it to stay up.
- It’s yours
- Your content, photos and logo stay yours. Your domain is registered in your name from day one. If you ever leave, I hand over the website files so you can take them anywhere.
- No contract
- The £20 a month covers hosting, your domain renewal and updates. It runs month to month, and you can stop with 30 days’ notice.
- Changes are included
- Up to two small changes a month, such as opening hours, a phone number, new photos or a wording change, usually done within two working days. An extra page is £45. Anything bigger I quote first.
What people usually say
“I get all my work from word of mouth.”
That’s the best way to get work. But when someone recommends you, the next thing they do is search your name. A website means they find you, check you out and ring, instead of calling the next name on the list.
“I already have a Facebook page.”
Keep it. A website sits alongside it: it shows up in Google searches, loads fast without a login, and puts your reviews, area and call button in one place.
“My nephew can do me one.”
Fair enough. Mine costs you nothing to look at: I build the sample first, so you can compare it with whatever you get elsewhere.
“What will it cost?”
£495 once for the build, then £20 a month for hosting, your domain, updates and support. You only pay once you’ve seen it live and are happy with it. The plain terms are above.
Where does the content come from?
From what’s already public about your business: your Google listing, your reviews, and any website or social pages you have. Anything I’m unsure of is marked, and you confirm everything before it goes live.
Will it help me get found on Google?
I set up the basics that help local searches: clear titles, your area, your services and your contact details. I can’t promise rankings, but a proper website gives Google, and your customers, something to find and trust.
I’d rather not be contacted again.
Just tell me by reply, phone or WhatsApp. I’ll delete your sample and won’t contact you again.
